Welcome to MarketRegal.com ("we”, "our”, "us”), a brand operated by SolisVelvet Ecommerce Services (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (the "Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and us. They apply to all users—including buyers, sellers, advertisers, and visitors—and across all categories and services on the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations, or where risk controls require.
5. Orders & Payments
- All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, limitations on quantities, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud or abuse, or issues identified by our risk and credit screening systems.
- We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized payment partners. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Transactions may be subject to fraud screening and risk checks; we may hold or cancel orders flagged by such checks and may request additional verification information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Timelines are indicative and may be impacted by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance). For international orders, duties, taxes, import clearance, and any brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled strictly as per our Refund & Return Policy.
8. User Conduct
- Do not engage in fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unlawful activities.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Platform or upload malicious code.
- Respect intellectual property and other rights of MarketRegal and third parties.
- Do not attempt to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit products purchased via the Platform without our prior written authorization.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to SolisVelvet Ecommerce Services (OPC) Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All software, source code, UI/UX designs, databases, and proprietary algorithms of the Platform remain the exclusive property of SolisVelvet Ecommerce Services (OPC) Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or any products purchased via the Platform shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, acts of government, power outages, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
