Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

MarketRegal™ is committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly experience. This policy outlines the terms for product returns, order cancellations, and refunds. All processes are designed to ensure fairness, protect buyers and sellers, and comply with applicable laws and payment partner requirements.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • It is returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • The product details match the original invoice and order.
  • The return request passes our quality and compliance checks.

1.2 Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods or consumables.
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., innerwear, grooming kits, cosmetics).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Products explicitly marked "Non-Returnable” on the product page.

We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet these conditions or appear fraudulent.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 General Conditions

Refunds are initiated only after successful quality inspection of the returned product at our facility or the seller’s location, as applicable.

2.2 Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via NEFT/IMPS to a valid Indian bank account provided by the customer.

2.3 Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes inspection (T), the refund is processed within T+2 to T+7 business days depending on the payment method. Wallet and UPI refunds are typically faster (T+2 to T+4), while card or bank refunds may take longer (T+5 to T+7).

We do not guarantee refund timelines for third-party payment processors, but we coordinate closely with our payment partners to expedite transactions.

2.4 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Refunds will not be processed for returns that fail quality checks, are incomplete, or show signs of misuse. Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in account review or suspension.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but eligible returns can be initiated after delivery.

3.2 Platform-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability.
  • Invalid or unserviceable delivery address.
  • Pricing or listing errors.
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions flagged during payment screening.

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated as per the Refund Policy.

4. International Orders

For cross-border transactions, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. Refunds for international orders will be issued only for the product cost; shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
